Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support Excellence: Handle customer inquiries in German via phone email and chat delivering timely effective solutions.
- Problem Solving: Address product or servicerelated issues providing clear and professional responses.
- Create Positive Experiences: Handle complaints and concerns with empathy turning challenges into solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on our offerings to ensure accurate information and guidance.
- Order Management: Process returns exchanges and other customer requests efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
What Youll Need:
- Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) with excellent communication skills.
- Customerfocused attitude: Experience in customer service is a plus but a passion for helping people is key.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and find creative solutions.
- SelfMotivated: Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- TechSavvy: Basic familiarity with digital tools Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
