This role will focus on:
The SIOP (Sales Inventory and Operations Planning) Lead will be responsible for developing implementing and optimising the SIOP process across the organisation. This role requires strong analytical communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills to drive business efficiency align supply chain capabilities with market demands and ensure effective resource utilisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
lead the SIOP process ensuring alignment with company objectives customer requirements and operational capabilities.
Develop short to long term strategies for inventory management demand planning and production scheduling to improve service levels and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with sales marketing and customer service teams to create accurate demand forecasts.
Analyse market trends historical data and customer feedback to drive datadriven forecasting decisions.
Partner with supply chain production and procurement teams to ensure production plans meet demand requirements efficiently.
Facilitate SIOP meetings presenting data and insights to drive consensus and decisionmaking.
Develop agree and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the SIOP process.
Provide regular reports to the Senor Leadership Team (SLT) highlighting trends challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Deliver training and coaching across the business on the roles and responsibilities within the SIOP process.
Identify opportunities to enhance SIOP processes through technology tools and best practices.
Drive initiatives to improve forecast accuracy reduce lead times and optimise inventory levels.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Professionally qualified. APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and forecasting.
Advanced in Excel and BI data analytics.
Proficiency in ERP and SIOPrelated tools (e.g. Microsoft AX / D365 SAP Oracle Kinaxis or similar).
