MGA Homecare is seeking a motivated and dynamic Therapy Recruiter to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing recruiting and onboarding exceptional therapy professionals including Occupational Therapists (OTs) Physical Therapists (PTs) SpeechLanguage Pathologists (SLPs) and Therapy Assistants to deliver topnotch care to our patients.
You will play a critical role in expanding our therapy services by identifying and engaging talented professionals who align with MGA Homecares mission and values.
Recruitment and Candidate Engagement:
- Develop and implement creative strategies to source attract and engage highquality therapy professionals through various channels.
- Screen candidates conduct initial interviews and assess qualifications while effectively communicating MGA Homecares benefits and culture.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified therapy candidates.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Partner with Therapy Leadership Team to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals.
Compliance and Administration:
- Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with all hiring regulations.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment especially therapy professions
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
Additional Information :
