Job Description
Job Title: Medical Affairs Manager Europe Surgical Care
Job Location: Manchester UK
Job Location Type: Hybrid
Job Contract Type: Fulltime
Job Seniority Level: MidSenior level
The position will be located in one of our european subsidiaries (Munich 'sHertogenbosch Manchester or Milan) with regular office presence of 2 days per week. Very good German language skills are mandatory.

Your Responsibilities Demanding
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with medical experts and societies in the cardiothoracic field
- Presentation of new publications study data and therapy guidelines to medical professionals and other stakeholders
- Cocreation organization and moderation of roundtables webinars and other events with scientific character
- Support speakers in the preparation and implementation of lectures and Marketing & Sales in medicalscientific matters
- Provide therapyrelated clinical training for field staff
- Prepare scientific studies/literature for marketing and sales purposes
- Answer medicalscientific customer inquiries
- Medical and scientific observation of the field of activity and competition
- Master degree in natural sciences paramedical sciences or another relevant field
- Several years (5) of experience in medtech in customerfacing roles medical affairs and medical communications or medical background with a strong track record of success; marketing & sales experience is an advantage
- Ability to drive and implement clinical innovation by translating science into practic proven track record in managing interdisciplinary projects
- Growthmindset paired with strategic thinking and pragmatic action
- Very good communication skills and high social skills
- Handson mentality with demonstrated ability to engage various stakeholders and achieve results
- Business fluent in English and German is mandatory French or Spanish would a plus
- Required to travel up to 30%
