We are hiring for x2 Quality assurance intern's to join our compliance department on a 12 month internship gaining valuable insights into a career with a global business.
Your responsibilities
• Shall implement and work to all applicable Health Safety and Environmental requirements as stipulated within the HSE Manual HSE Policies and HSE Objectives.
• Actively participate in project activities regarding Post Market Surveillance Complaints and Investigations
• Support the Post Market Surveillance process as required
• Support / input to PMS activities /processes.
• Support the PMS and PAE functions as directed
• Develop improved or new data tracking / recording systems within the PMS team
• Participate in Problem Solving and Continual Improvement activities
• To undertake any assignment or duty as required by business needs.
Your qualifications
• Currently studying a Bachelor's degree in a data/engineering/medical/science degree
• Must have strong expertise in excel and able to produce charts and data for the QA/Compliance team
• Experience in a similar role (data management/coordination) preferred
• Experience of working in a regulated environment e.g. medical devices pharmaceuticals biotech an advantage
• Experience of working in Quality and/or Regulatory Teams preferred
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with multiple priorities
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to take initiative
