Job Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a branch/Yard Assistant to join our friendly team! If you thrive in a team environment love working outdoors and take pride in delivering excellent customer service We would love to hear from you!
Your job
This role involves:
- Processing and picking customer orders accurately
- Loading and unloading of vehicles using a forklift truck
- Providing customers with product and service information including serving on the trade counter when required
- Keeping a safe organised and professional looking yard
Qualifications :
Job Requirements
Required:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Literacy & Numeracy
- An understanding of Health & Safety in a work environment
- Basic knowledge of computers
Desirable:
- Warehouse/yard experience
- Forklift truck licence
