Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 7:00 AM 5:30 PM 10

Shift Notes: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM/36 hours schedule/24 hours guaranteed/The Client is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to units where experienced

Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility

OnCall Requirements: Oncall schedule to be determined by facility

Vaccinations: FLU vaccination REQUIRED **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**

Travel Policy: Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered please include a copy in the submission

This position will work under the supervision of the pharmacist performing routine duties in packaging distribution nonsterile compounding and recordkeeping of pharmaceutical supplies. Serves as a liaison between the customer and the pharmacist. Becomes proficient in preparing compounded intravenous medications total parenteral nutrition products and chemotherapeutic agents within compliance with USP regulations. Effectively uses pharmacy computer systems to investigate and respond to missing medication requests. Consistently demonstrates an ability to assess a situation consider alternatives and choose the appropriate course of action. May educate and train peer Pharmacy Technicians Technician Externs Technician Trainees and volunteers. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients.

• 24 months minimum of current acute CT Tech experience REQUIRED
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION REQUIRED
• No License Hits REQUIRED
• Travel experience Preferred
