Job Description
Position: Registered Nurse Psychiatric Adult Float
Start Date: 2/17/2025
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Bellows Falls VT 05101
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: 12
Shift Notes: 36hr guarantee
Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend/Holiday Rotation
OnCall Requirements: TBD
COVID Vaccination: n/a
Travel Policy: TRAVELER MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL HOLIDAY BLOCKS. HOLIDAY RTO WILL NOT BE APPROVED
Number of Beds: 10
Holiday multipliers: 1.25%
NO OT MULTIPLIER. OT WILL BE WORKED AT A FLAT HOURLY RATE

** Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
** Mileage is NOT provided as the float is part of the need.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS- 2 years of CURRENT psych experience required
- CURRENT PHLEBOTOMY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Traveler will need to perform blood draws
- ACLS and CPI Strongly Preferred
- Travel experience preferred
- Small critical access facility experience preferred
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need

- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile
