Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Product Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team at JOIN. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of productrelated duties drive strategic initiatives shape innovative solutions and help define the future of HR technology. Reporting directly to the Head of Product youll play a key role in defining product roadmaps optimizing user experiences and driving the overall success of our offerings. Based in Barcelona youll be one of the first team members in our new office in the city helping to establish our presence and contributing to an exciting new chapter for JOIN. Tasks
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- DataDriven Decision Making: Leverage data insights to make informed decisions and identify areas for product improvement.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with design engineering marketing and other teams to deliver highquality product features.
- User Research: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously enhance the product experience.
- Project Management: Oversee the endtoend product development lifecycle ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders aligning teams on progress and priorities.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering Business Marketing or related technical field.
- Experience: 24 years of experience in product management preferably with SaaS or technology products.
- Mindset: Proactive collaborative and driven by a desire to create impactful products.
Skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in tools like Google BigQuery Amplitude JIRA or equivalent.
- Familiarity with product development frameworks (e.g. Agile Scrum).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Ability to understand and define technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
