Job Description
Our client based in Budapest is planning to migrate business processes currently managed through an SAP system operated by its parent company to the cloud in the first half of 2025. As part of this transition we are seeking an SAP Regression Tester / Test Coordinator to oversee the regression testing for approximately 80 interfaces connected to local systems. The tests will cover both the interfaces and the related processes to ensure a smooth migration.
Start: immediately
Location: Budapest (remote/hybrid)
Duration: 6 month (extension possible)
Workload: 80%
Additional Note: Kindly be informed that our customer is located in Hungary. Therefore only applications from candidates fluent in Hungarian will be considered.
Tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners involved in the project.
- Plan and execute regression testing related to the system migration and upgrade.
- Create and manage reports on testing progress issues and necessary rescheduling of testing phases.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding test results and progress.
- Support the integration of the system with other local systems and ensure thorough testing of interfaces and processes.
Requirements
- 7 years experience in senior test management and coordination.
- Experience working in largescale international corporate environments.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Solid experience with SAP systems particularly in the context of technical and business process modeling.
- Strong background in test planning and execution.
- Experience in preparing reports dashboards and management summaries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in crossfunctional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
