Job Description
- Responsible for the mechanical weighing of all bulk product in support of deboning and cut up processes.
- Maintains cleanliness and order in bulk product weighing and maintains weight records as required by supervisor.
Qualifications :
- Verify and maintain on a daily basis the bulk product inventory for disbursement to deboning and cutup lines
- Distribute bulk products to respective line through
- Accept known returns and verify all input to cooler through department supervisor
