Whats the Mission
To support our in store experience by implementing inspiring windows and in store displays that are commercially led.
What does success look like
- Carry outregular visits to all stores both UK and International to ensure effectiveness of VM and provide relevant feedback through hands on VM and training. This role is 80% field based and 20% between our Office and Home.
- Foster strong relationships with our store teams to develop their understanding of merchandising and maintenance.
- Strong visual merchandising skills with experience in creating compelling and innovative displays.
- Partnering with our Area Management and Merchandising teams to drive consistency and commercial success across our stores.
- Experience in training and mentoring teams in VM this role will require you to nurture and develop our VM Champions in store.
- Results driven and proactive in researching our competitors.
- Use knowledge of trends and styling to create stunning displays solutions for product placement and key messaging.
- Manage the installation of new windows and concepts working closely with store teams and Area Managers.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Create and communicate Visual Merchandising guidelines and training packs.
What would you like from me
- 2 yearsexperience as a Visual Merchandiser preferably within a Field VM role.
- Strong visual display skills.
- Experience in training and mentoring teams in visual merchandising.
- Commercially minded and results driven.
- This role requires you to be agile receptive to change with ever evolving priorities and a cando attitude.
- Flexibility and availability to travel is essential.
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign preferable
