Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Responsible for preparation of cost estimation proposal & contract agreement.
- Expert in preparing costs estimation with the objective of reducing costs and maximizing gross margins. Managing deviance from the actual and targets set during the periodic P&L review meetings
- Establishing a proposal library of all bid related forms formats and customer communications. Create and update all sales related MIS.
- Site visit attend site visit capturing all technical scope/commercial inputs from site.
Key Accountabilities:
Process Management
- Creation of Bids
- Managing and prioritizing workload
- Bid/No Bid management
- Follow Bid Process
- 100% Customer Compliance
- Meet all internal and external deadlines
- Bid/No Bid Meeting held and form completed and signed by senior management
- 100% compliance with bid process
Administration & Quality
- To design and manage the creation of bid related materials
- Manage and control bid related stationery
- RFP and Bid related documentation control
- Developing case studies client profiles and other supporting documentation that showcases our clients FM capability
- Always ensure sufficient stationary
- All information is correctly filed as per quality standards
- Customer feedback on our submissions
Management Information
- Manage and update all sales related MIS
- Proactively manage the renewal of all existing contracts
- Accurate and timely creation of Bid Win Rate Pipeline and Forecasting Dashboards
- 95% contract renewal conversion
Build strong lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Clear communications with all customers
- Liaise internally with all departments especially HR finance operations and commercial
- Clear and concise clarifications are submitted
- Provide all necessary documentation during prequalification stages
- Full compliance with bid process
Performance of AMC
- Execution of AMC Casual jobs efficiently with in the budget and ensure profitability of the same
- Generate revenue from refurbishment / retrofit works
- AMC Performance report

Minimum Qualifications Certification and Knowledge:
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- CEP (Certified Estimating Professional Certification)
- 58 Year previous experience of cost estimation with leading FM Companies
- Computer skills
- QATAR Driving License
- High level of expertise on word excel power point
Minimum Experience:
- 5 8 years of previous experience of cost estimation with leading FM Companies
