The role
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Salesforce team and support the growth of our business. We are looking for candidates based in Chile or India to support our different regions.
Key responsibilities
Your key role will be to manage maintain and develop our Salesforce platform and its integrations. Your responsibilities will be to:
- Implement new and support existing integrations
- Input into planning and execution of Salesforce related projects
- Maintain existing system processes and continually improve/update existing documentation in Confluence
- Work with business users to analyse their requirements then design build implement and document solutions in a maintainable and scalable manner applying best SF practice and choosing as far as possible declarative solutions
- Manage users joiners movers leavers daytoday issues and support
- Keep abreast of triannual Salesforce releases and where appropriate apply any new features and enhancements
- Keep ahead of Salesforce decommissioning and new technical requirements
- Work with any outsourced SF implementation partners (consultants) as may be engaged from time to time
- Continually review platform security monitor user permissions data sharing and best practice across all related areas
Knowledge Skills & Experience
Essential
- A minimum 5 years of Salesforce Administration experience ideally with Salesforce certifications (NB: The successful candidate is not required to have Admin Advanced Admin and Platform App Builder Salesforce Certifications)
- Broad knowledge of Sales & Service Clouds strong basic Salesforce skills
- Ability to create maintain and troubleshoot Flows
- Selfmotivated and creative taking ownership & driving for results a cando handson attitude
- Good written and verbal communicator and an engaged team participant
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- A clear understanding of best practice and an ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization knowing when (and how) to insist on clear business requirements and full analysis of the business problem to avoid quick fixes that build technical debt
Highly desirable (not essential)
- Ability to troubleshoot Apex
- Experience of FinancialForce.com
Desirable
- Knowledge of any of the following integrations (SalesLoft ZoomInfo DocuSign Conga Hubspot Vonage (or other CTI) Sales Navigator Outlook OwnBackup 6Sense Certinia Gainsight)
