Job Description
Senior Design Engineer CAD Development
Role Overview:
As a Senior Design Engineer you will design develop and mature product models using advanced CAD tools. Youll optimize assemblies resolve packaging conflicts and ensure quality and readiness for product releases. Acting as a mentor youll support junior team members while driving innovation within your domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and refine components and assemblies in CAD including redesigns of existing models.
- Detect report and resolve packaging conflicts in CAD models.
- Ensure product quality and readiness before release.
- Produce detailed technical drawings to define and verify product geometries.
- Support junior team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Influence design processes while fostering crossfunctional collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience in CAD design and product development.
- Advanced knowledge of CAD systems and geometric verification processes.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
