Job Description
The kitchen team at NENI Copenhagen indre by is responsible for creating gastronomic sensations based on the chefs choice. Were looking forward to welcoming you to our kitchen as Chef (m/f/d).
How does your working day look like
In this way youll be making our hotel something special:
As part of your job youll ensure that processes are flexible the kitchen is clean and the team members work hand in hand even if the receipt list is sometimes long
Full or part day/evening/weekend depending on the type of event
Youll be committed to the high standards of our food and make sure our junior chefs apprentices and trainees are committed to this goal as well
As a trained chef youll also be taking up the ladle yourself over and over again
Your experience and personality add that certain extra something
Qualifications :
Your personality counts more than your CV
- Youve completed a course of training as a chef and you have an experience as a young chef or commis chef
- You can motivate your fellow staff and lead a team
- Youre passionate about live cooking and international cuisine and are renowned for your organisational skills in the kitchen
- Youre not just bringing your abilities but also your character
