Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Shipment Coordination: Plan and manage domestic and international shipments via air sea and land ensuring ontime delivery.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and process essential shipping documents including bills of lading commercial invoices packing lists and customs declarations.
- Carrier Negotiation: Secure costeffective freight rates by negotiating with carriers and logistics providers.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to international trade laws customs procedures and safety regulations.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for customers providing shipment updates addressing inquiries and resolving any logisticsrelated issues.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve shipment delays damaged goods and customs clearance issues.
- Tracking & Reporting: Monitor shipment progress generate logistics reports and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Inventory Coordination: Work with warehouses and logistics partners to manage inventory levels and optimize storage solutions.
- Cost Optimization: Monitor transportation costs identify costsaving opportunities and ensure accurate billing.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in freight forwarding logistics or supply chain management.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean is preferred but not required.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure competitive shipping rates.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software.
- Indepth knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
