Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Logistics Operations Specialist to oversee and manage domestic and international shipments. This role plays a critical part in coordinating freight forwarding ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing logistics operations. If you have a strong background in supply chain management freight coordination and international trade compliance this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.





Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shipment Coordination: Plan and manage domestic and international shipments via air sea and land ensuring ontime delivery.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare and process essential shipping documents including bills of lading commercial invoices packing lists and customs declarations.
  • Carrier Negotiation: Secure costeffective freight rates by negotiating with carriers and logistics providers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to international trade laws customs procedures and safety regulations.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for customers providing shipment updates addressing inquiries and resolving any logisticsrelated issues.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve shipment delays damaged goods and customs clearance issues.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Monitor shipment progress generate logistics reports and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Inventory Coordination: Work with warehouses and logistics partners to manage inventory levels and optimize storage solutions.
  • Cost Optimization: Monitor transportation costs identify costsaving opportunities and ensure accurate billing.


Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in freight forwarding logistics or supply chain management.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean is preferred but not required.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure competitive shipping rates.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software.
  • Indepth knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
