Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Are you looking to join a fastpaced team that plays a crucial role in content moderation We are hiring a Legal Operation Analyst in Lisbon for a leading streaming service platform. As a key member of our team youll review and moderate written content on social media platforms addressing issues like fraud and copyright infringement. Your attention to detail and dedication to compliance with client policies and performance metrics will help ensure toptier service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Moderate written content to identify and address potential fraud or copyright infringement.
- Process legal requests accurately and promptly.
- Adhere to KPIs like FCR SLA and CSAT ensuring quality standards are met.
- Stay current with client policies and guidelines ensuring compliance at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in German with a solid command of English (B2).
- No prior experience required though up to 12 months of experience in content moderation is a plus.
- Familiarity with KPIs such as FCR SLA and CSAT.
What We Offer:
- Annual Base Salary: 15260 euros meal and transportation allowances.
- Target Bonus: 5% of annual base salary.
- Language Premium: 3240 euros /year.
- Total Compensation: 18500 euros gross.
