Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Support the Line of Service (LoS) Marketing Managers, specifically Tax & Legal Services, to effectively position their LoS in the external market by delivering on their strategic marketing plans and campaign activities.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Support in the implementation of the LoS annual marketing plans
  • Support the development of clear and impactful copy for thought leadership publications, marketing materials, articles, blog posts and event invitations
  • Support on relevant campaigns to improve and elevate the customer experience eg. email distribution, social media posts, creative direction, project management
  • Support on major projects as and when required
  • Become an expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud - crafting customer journeys to enhance the customer experience
  • Assist with Industry business related events, sponsorships and conferences
  • Assist in the marketing material production process, working closely with designers, printers and other third party suppliers
  • Working with the web team, maintain all website content for the LoS
  • Support internal LoS events
  • Support in the development of monthly reports and industry related market research
  • Abide and follow the brand of PwC Middle East and ensure that all work is aligned to the overall corporate brand identity
  • Proactively build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide support and assistance to the wider team if and when required, ensuring you are agile in your role to build up wider Marketing and Communication capabilities
  • Including such other duties that may be assigned to you by your manager

Required Skills

Specific learned technical abilities, including technology skills
Experience in CRM or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous

Required Language Skills

Fluent in spoken and written English
Fluent in Arabic desirable

Minimum Education and Qualification(s)

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Chartered Institute of Marketing Certificate Qualification
Campaign Planning and Execution
Lead Marketing Campaigns: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, social media) to promote products, services, or brand initiatives.
Manage Campaign Budget: Oversee the budget for campaigns, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and within financial constraints.
Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with the creative team, content team, and product managers to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with the brand's overall strategy.
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities and inform campaign strategies.
Customer Segmentation: Use customer insights to define target segments and tailor campaigns to resonate with specific audiences.
Measure Campaign Effectiveness: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
