Summary:
The Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies for real estate developments focusing on brand awareness lead generation and market positioning. This role requires strong leadership strategic planning and financial expertise to coordinate crossfunctional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies for real estate projects aligned with company goals. Conduct market research to target key audiences competitors and industry trends in Cambodia.
- Brand Development: Manage brand identity ensuring consistency across digital print and event materials.
- Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Execute digital campaigns (SEO SEM social media email) to drive qualified leads analyze performance and adjust strategies for optimization.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to create marketing materials (brochures presentations) and track lead conversion ROI and sales performance.
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead the marketing team manage budgets timelines and resources to meet marketing goals. Report marketing effectiveness to senior management.
- Event Management: Organize promotional events launches and community engagement activities to boost project visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
- 57 years experience in real estate marketing or related industry.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and trends.
- Proven track record in managing marketing teams and campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English.
- Agile versatile and able to multitask.
- Knowledge of Cambodias real estate market is an advantage.
