Responsibilities
- Provide service and customer support
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical/electronic equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers about operations and requirements
- Test and verify the functionality of repaired equipment
- Diagnose errors and determine appropriate solutions
- Document processes and complete required documentation
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve issues
- Complete presale upgrades and conversions as needed
- Evaluate and refurbish systems returned from demonstrations and rentals
- Setup and troubleshoot basic network connections
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in electrical/electronic and mechanical fields or related positions
- 2Year Technical degree apprenticeship program or equivalent in a technical or military field
- Experience assisting clients over the phone with troubleshooting
