We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting candidates for a range of positions both tech and nontech and will work with all around the world candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Identify attract and engage potential candidates with a focus on IT roles using various sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
- Global Hiring: Manage and execute recruitment processes for international positions ensuring alignment with global hiring standards and best practices.
- Conduct Screening Calls: Initiate and conduct screening calls to assess candidates qualifications experience for the role.
- Communication & Coordination: Effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and provide reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
Requirements:
- Understanding of recruitment processes sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation methods.
- Familiarity with job boards and other sourcing platforms.
- Willingness to learn about IT roles and technical skills to improve candidate assessment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
