The position will be built around the candidate experience and aspirations and will include both compliance and advisory work.
- Oversee a portfolio of complex tax returns ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations.
- Offer advisory services with a primary focus on Inheritance Tax while also covering areas such as global mobility share schemes and EIS.
- Collaborate closely with the wider team providing technical expertise and supporting client advisory work.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships delivering exceptional tax services tailored to their needs.
- Participate in business development activities including networking generating internal referrals and contributing to the firm s marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the firm s growth by authoring publications and enhancing its online presence.
- Travel to other offices or client sites as necessary.
Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in private client tax preferably within an accountancy practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations.
- Proven track record of managing a diverse client portfolio and delivering highquality tax advice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.

The Personal Tax Manager will be: ACCA, ATT, or CTA qualification. Significant experience in a tax role within a practice environment. Confidence in a client-facing role. Strong technical knowledge of personal tax regulations and compliance. The ability to mentor and guide junior staff members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
