Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator youll be responsible for ensuring that usergenerated content adheres to platform guidelines. Your tasks will include reviewing content addressing user appeals and collaborating with the team to uphold a safe and positive online atmosphere. Staying informed on new trends will also help enhance moderation practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Monitoring: Review videos audio comments and links to ensure they meet community standards identifying and removing inappropriate content
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure all content including images and titles complies with platform guidelines
- User Interaction: Handle user appeals and provide clear explanations for moderation decisions
- Compliance: Work with your team to meet industry regulations and ensure adherence
- Trend Monitoring: Analyze emerging user behaviors and adapt moderation strategies to minimize risks
- Process Optimization: Offer feedback to improve moderation tools and practices
Qualifications:
- C1 proficiency in German
- B2 proficiency in English
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
