Job Description

Responsabilit s
- Effectuer des techniques de per age sur mat riaux m talliques et composites
- Poser et d poser des rivets solides rivets aveugles et attaches sp ciales (hilite hilock hishear)
- R aliser des conversions chimiques (application d Alodine)
- Appliquer des appr ts des scellants et des adh sifs
- Effectuer l application du couple de serrage et installer des composants de s curit (fil frein goupille c ble de s curit )
- Utiliser des gabarits d assemblage et lire des plans techniques
- Communiquer en anglais avec les quipes fournisseurs partenaires et clients hors Qu bec

Responsibilities
- Perform drilling techniques on metal and composite materials
- Install and remove solid rivets blind rivets and specialized fasteners (hilite hilock hishear)
- Conduct chemical conversion processes (Alodine application)
- Apply primers sealants and adhesives as required
- Ensure proper torque application and install safety components (brake wire cutter pin safety cable)
- Use assembly templates and read technical blueprints for accurate component integration
- Communicate in English with teams suppliers partners and customers outside Quebec
Requirements
Qualifications
- Dipl me d tudes secondaires
- Dipl me professionnel en structure a rospatiale (EMAM ou formation quivalente)
- Minimum 2 ans d exp rience en assemblage de structure
- Grande attention aux d tails et pr cision
- Capacit ex cuter des t ches r p titives efficacement
- Bonne gestion du temps et autonomie dans la gestion des priorit s
- Esprit d quipe et excellentes relations interpersonnelles
- Engagement envers la qualit et la satisfaction client

Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Vocational diploma in aerospace structures (EMAM or equivalent training)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in structural assembly
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work efficiently on repetitive tasks
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize workload independently
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to quality and client satisfaction

Profil recherch DEC en a ronautique (avionique) ou toute combinaison quivalente d tudes et d exp rience Minimum 6 ans d exp rience pertinente dans l industrie a rospatiale ou un secteur connexe Capacit lire et interpr ter des dessins techniques Fran ais requis, anglais fonctionnel n cessaire pour collaborer avec des quipes et partenaires hors Qu bec ***** Ideal Profile DEC in Aeronautics (Avionics) or any equivalent combination of studies and experience Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry or a related field Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Skills in communication and interdepartmental collaboration French required, functional English necessary to collaborate with teams and partners outside of Quebec
Education
Diploma in Sheet Metal At least 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal machinery Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
