Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Newmarket Ontario from MondaySaturday starting at 8:00am. As a Crane Operator you will be responsible for operating the crane to lift move position and place materials safely and efficiently. 

What youre responsible for:

  • Safely operate a crane to lift move and position metal materials within the facility
  • Lift and transport metal materials using attachments such as magnets or grapples and safely place them in designated areas or processing equipment
  • Load and unload trucks and containers ensuring proper weight distribution and load security
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members supervisors and other personnel
  • Conduct pre and post inspections of the crane including overall crane maintenance
  • You may be asked to operator the following heavy equipment: Crane Shear Loader

Qualifications :

To join our team:

  • Crane Operator certification and/or experience is required
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience operating a crane in a heavy industrial setting
  • Attention to detail and the ability to accurately position and handle different types of metal materials
  • Solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to crane operation and material handling
  • Familiarity with various crane attachments such as magnets or grapples
