Case Mix: Neuro OB Pediatrics
Procedures:
MAC General Anesthesia Elective cases
Intubation IV placement
Office Equipment:
Drager Anesthesia Machine
Omnicell Medication Dispensing
Trauma Level: IV
No of ORs: 36
EMR: Cerner
 Other Info: Medical Supervision; but CRNAs take first call and must do Epidurals independently
Hospital Privileges required: Yes
Temporary Privileges available: Yes
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
Active WI License
BC
ACLS BLS PALS
