Compensation: Up to $130000 per year plus competitive benefits
We collaborate with our facility partners to deliver evidencebased mental health care services including psychiatric assessments medication management psychotherapy crisis intervention hospital placements and treatment educational training and quality regulatory documentation.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide psychiatric care services at our partner facilities. This role offers an opportunity for meaningful flexible and autonomous work while making a significant impact on the lives of seniors in our community. Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite psychiatric assessments and medication management to patients in skilled nursing assisted living and other longterm care facilities.
- Consult educate and coordinate care with facility staff including nursing home administrator director of nursing and director of social services.
- Adhere to established regulations policies and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.

Requirements
- Passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional care
- State license as nurse practitioner (required)
- Specialty as psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP) or adultgerontology nurse practitioner (AGNP) (preferred)
- DEA license
- Availability to work during normal weekday business hours (no night or weekend oncall!)
- Ability to stand for 20 minutes
- Ability to lift 15 pounds
