Job Description

Adelphi is seeking an occupational therapist to provide occupational therapy services at various facilities in Missouri. The ideal candidate will deliver highquality care to patients ensuring treatments are aligned with professional standards and best practices.

SHIFTS:
Monday Friday
7:30 am 4:00 pm
8:00 am 4:30 pm
8:30 am 5:00 pm
TuesdaySaturday
7:30 am 4:00 pm
Weekends (Saturday Sunday)
7:30 am 4:00 pm
Rate: $63/hr

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Bachelor s or Master s in Occupational Therapy)
Must have credentials recognized by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
Active and unrestricted License in any State or US Territory
BLS (AHA)
A minimum of two years of experience in hospital or ambulatory care settings

Responsibilities:
Assess patients for physical mental and cognitive deficits to determine functional challenges.
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on patient needs.
Utilize datadriven approaches to create personalized therapy programs.
Select and apply therapy techniques best suited to each patients condition for maximum results.
Evaluate and recommend adaptive equipment including manual wheelchairs splints braces and other durable medical equipment (DME).
Assess therapeutic activities and necessary adaptations to support patient success.
Provide specialized occupational therapy treatments.
Adhere to safety protocols and healthcare standards to ensure highquality patient care.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate holistic patient care plans.
Other duties as assigned.
