Job Description

*Job Description*:

Zorba AI is seeking a *Business Development Consultant* with a passion for driving growth in the field of remote staff augmentation. As part of our dynamic team you will identify and build relationships with companies seeking toptier Data Science Data Engineering and Business Intelligence talent. You ll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while leveraging automation tools to enhance efficiency.

*Key Responsibilities*:
1. Identify and engage with companies hiring remote contractors in Data Science Data Engineering and BI domains.
2. Build and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers including CTOs HR Managers and Hiring Managers.
3. Utilize various prospecting tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator CRM and email automation tools) to identify leads.
4. Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and clients.
5. Manage the full business development lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
6. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
7. Create compelling pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
8. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
9. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
10. Represent Zorba AI at industry events webinars and networking opportunities (virtual/physical).
11. Provide regular reports and insights on business development activities and results.
12. Continuously improve and optimize the sales process through automation and analytics.
13. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
14. Maintain accurate records of interactions deals and proposals in the CRM system.
15. Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.

*Qualifications*:
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development in the tech or talent solutions sector.
Proven track record in identifying engaging and closing deals with companies hiring remote contractors.
