About the Role:
We are looking for a Web Developer to join our team and play a key role in developing and maintaining our online platforms. You will be responsible for creating responsive highperformance websites and web applications that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for clean efficient code a strong eye for design and the ability to bring creative web solutions to life in a fastpaced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Development: Design develop and maintain responsive and highperformance websites.
FrontEnd & UI/UX: Implement modern visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces.
BackEnd Development: Build and maintain serverside logic APIs and databases.
Optimization & Performance: Ensure websites load quickly and function smoothly across devices.
SEO Best Practices: Optimize web pages for search engine visibility and performance.
Security & Maintenance: Regularly update and secure websites to protect against threats.
Testing & Debugging: Identify and fix bugs to improve website stability.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers marketers and other developers to execute projects effectively.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: 2 years in web development preferably in a startup or fastpaced environment.
FrontEnd Proficiency: Strong skills in HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like React Vue or Angular.
BackEnd Knowledge: Familiarity with serverside technologies such as Node.js PHP Python or Ruby.
Database Skills: Experience with SQL (MySQL PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB Firebase) databases.
CMS Experience: Working knowledge of WordPress Webflow or similar platforms is a plus.
Version Control: Familiarity with Git/GitHub for collaborative development.
ProblemSolving: Ability to troubleshoot and optimize website performance.
Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong design sense and ability to bring innovative ideas to life.
