Job Description
Looking for a driving job with great pay consistent home time and steady miles Weve got you covered. Join our Midwest Regional Fleet where youll run familiar routes be home every week and enjoy the benefits you deserve.
What Youll Get:
- Home Time: Run 5.5 days home every week for your 34hour reset.
- Pay: $0.57$0.64 CPM based on experience.
- Miles: 2200 miles per week for steady paychecks.
- Average Weekly Pay: $1300.
- Freight: 100% notouch freight 80% drop & hook.
Bonuses & Incentives:
- SignOn Bonus: $500 after your first load $500 after 30 days (must be active and seated at the time of payout to qualify).
- Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety mileage and productivity

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A OTR or regional experience within the last 3 years.
- Driving Record:
- Clean MVR with no DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- No major moving violations (personal or CMV) in the last 3 years.
- No DOT recordable accidents in the last 4 years; no more than one incident in the last 18 months.
- No DUI in a personal vehicle within the last 7 years (never in a CMV); only one DUI allowed in a lifetime.
- Employment History: No terminations from previous jobs; no more than 5 jobs in the last 3 years.
- Drug & Alcohol Policy: No SAP drivers; must have never failed a DOT drug or alcohol test.
