Job Purpose
The Voice Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales of voice communication solutions including VoIP hosted PBX SIP trunking and other telephony products. The role requires proactive customer engagement lead generation and closing deals to meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients to sell voice solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling.
- Present and demonstrate voice products tailored to client needs.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Prepare proposals quotations and contracts.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
- Provide postsales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Matric (required); relevant sales or ITrelated qualifications (advantageous).
- Experience: 2 years in sales preferably in telecoms IT or VoIP solutions.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- CRM and sales pipeline management.
- Technical understanding of VoIP PBX and SIP trunking (advantageous).
