This role requires a strong foundation in data analysis data analytics and visualization along with handson experience in building dashboards using advanced reporting tools. You will be accountable for system oversight ensuring operational excellence while leading the team in delivering cuttingedge solutions to meet business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
This position requires you to work a later shift and may be assigned a second or third shift schedule. Candidates must be willing and able to work during evening or night shifts as required based on business requirements.

You will be accountable for system oversight ensuring operational excellence while leading the team in delivering cuttingedge solutions to meet business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the system owner providing technical guidance and expertise to the team for troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
- Lead initiatives to analyze interpret and visualize data to enhance decisionmaking and operational efficiency.
- Design build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights for business users projects including planning architecture design development and testing to follow IS Change Control and GxP validation process
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and prioritize new functionalities.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards regulatory requirements and best practices in system management and data analytics.
- Drive the implementation of automation and process improvements within the data ecosystem.
- Oversee all technical aspects of project execution including planning architecture design development testing and deployment.
- Conduct technical root cause analysis and engage with vendors to resolve systemrelated issues.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their technical and professional skills fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay updated on trends in data visualization tools data analytics frameworks and emerging technologies to deliver innovative solutions.
- Lead the daytoday operations and maintenance of Pharmacovigilance systems capabilities
- Part of project/product team willing to jump in and do programming/codereviews etc. based on demands. Hands on programming (SQL/Scripts) is expected.
- Work closely with the delivery and platform teams to ensure that the applications are aligned with approved architectural and development guidelines
- Promote team performance by coaching mentorship and training to develop both technical and professional skills within the team
- Support audits and regulatory inspections by ensuring system compliance and readiness
- Master’s degree and 4 to 6 years of Computer Science IT or related field experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 to 8 years of Computer Science IT or related field experience OR
- Diploma and 10 to 12 years of Computer Science IT or related field experience.
- 5 years of experience in health and/or life sciences and Information Technology as a Business Analyst supporting SaaS applications
- Working experience in cloud services such as AWS
- Experienced in data analysis and reporting using analytics tools such as Tableau Power BI
- Good understanding of data engineering concepts
- Project management and/or business analysis experience particularly in supporting digital projects
- Knowledgeable of new technologies for Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Generation Language (NLG)
- Experienced in Agile project methodologies and working in Product Teams by using JIRA Experience or demonstrable understanding of Computer Systems Validation including FDA 21 CFR Part 11 GxP Compliance and change control
- Experienced in writing advanced SQL skills set preferred (e.g. Oracle)
- Strong communications skills in writing speaking communicating and time management skills
- Has high learning agility problem solving and analytical thinking
- Experience with API integrations such as MuleSoft and Databricks
- Solid understanding of using one or more general programming languages including but not limited to: Java or Python
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical clients
- Sharp learning agility problem solving and analytical thinking
- Extensive expertise in SDLC including requirements design testing data analysis change control
- SAFe for Teams certification (preferred)
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent leadership and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with global virtual teams
- High degree of initiative and selfmotivation
