As a Data Scientist specializing in Deep Learning at First Living Spaces you will play a crucial role in shaping the AI strategy for India's first comprehensive real estate ecosystem.

Job Description
As a Data Scientist specializing in Deep Learning at First Living Spaces you will play a crucial role in shaping the AI strategy for India's first comprehensive real estate ecosystem.
This role involves close interaction with developers brokers societies and most importantly our end customers offering a unique opportunity to impact the real estate landscape significantly.
Responsibilities
- Design develop and deploy sophisticated deep learning models using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow focusing on applications in computer vision natural language processing and generative AI.
- Optimize AI model performance utilizing advanced techniques such as quantization distillation transfer learning and multiGPU training.
- Collaborate with product managers to ensure alignment of data science initiatives with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in machine learning and AI research to integrate cuttingedge technology into our projects.
- Effectively communicate complex model results and strategic insights to key stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of handson experience in data science machine learning or a related field.
- Proficient in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow; strong programming skills in Python.
- Familiarity with AI libraries like HuggingFace OpenCV and ScikitLearn.
- A solid foundation in the underlying mathematics of data science including statistics probability and linear algebra.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS GCP or Azure is desirable.
- Contributions to major ML/AI conferences publications or opensource projects will be viewed favorably.
