Push your boundaries as a Logistics Administrative Employee
You will be part of the dynamic world of logistics where everything is always on the move. In this daily hustle and bustle we need your precision and attention to detail. Youll join a small but friendly team where youll work alongside two colleagues and a team lead to ensure a smooth planning process for all incoming orders. Naturally youll collaborate closely with your many colleagues from other departments.
A typical workday will include:
- Receiving and handling documents from procurement such as packing lists invoices certificates etc.
- Scheduling orders in various systems.
- Coordinating transport from the suppliers loading address to our warehouse.
- Checking and processing documents from Customs the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) and transport requests.
- Registering processing and archiving documents and certificates.
- Communicating with both internal and external parties such as transport companies shipping lines suppliers etc.

A good planner wellorganized and always detailoriented thats how people describe you! With your precise and practical work ethic you ensure everything runs smoothly.
You:
- Have MBO4 work and thinking level.
- Have excellent command of the Dutch language and sufficient English proficiency.
- Have experience with administrative tasks.
- Are looking for a position of 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Experience in a similar role or with logistics documents is a plus.
