Oral Surgeon Job Description
Successful Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice looking for a board certified qualified and
enthusiastic associate/partner to join our team in North Carolina. Beaches lakes and mountains are all close by! We are expanding our brand to a new location in the NC Triangle area and know there will be future expansions as well.
Must possess leadership skills to direct guide and motivate the team. We thrive in our culture of
excellence and we are an established dental implant brand. Currently our practice concentrates
on inoffice procedures mainly dentoalveolar surgeries grafts pathology and implants. We are
one of the most innovative practices in the state of NC; A leading private practice AGD CE
seminar/course provider in North Carolina we value educating our referrals and colleagues.
Full hospital privileges including facial plastics with NO hospital call.
SALARY RANGE:
1st year & 2nd year is offered a Guaranteed Base Salary of $400000/year
3rd year and beyond is offered a Base Salary of $350000 % of collections
(avg. of $650000/year 1st and 2nd year of partnership / $750K avg after that)
$100000 BONUS within the first year of employment
Days and Hours: 4 days / week (10hour days)
Partnership: Offered after 2 years of employment
Practice Platform: PPO Ins No Medicaid
Experience: New Grad or Experienced
License/Certification: NC Dental License (Preferred)
