Job Description
Our client a dynamic and awardwinning SME is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join their team in Burgess Hill. Reporting directly to the Finance Director this role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key financial functions including management accounting forecasting commercial analysis and decision support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L budgets cash flow forecasts variance analysis and commentary.
- Partner with departments across the business providing financial insight and support to aid decisionmaking.
- Offer guidance on the financial impact of business strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct financial performance analysis to support medium and longterm business planning.
- Interpret and present financial data to nonfinancial stakeholders.
- Oversee daytoday finance operations including sales ledger purchase invoice payments and expense processing.
What Were Looking For:
- CIMA qualified (or equivalent) or QBE/partqualified with 35 years experience.
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Commercially minded proactive and full of ideas to drive business growth.
