Responsibilities
- Mainly focusing on recruiting nonsales position (Operations/Technician)
- Plan recruitment strategies concentrating on Operations department
- Determine hiring requirements for the Operations Team
- Conduct various candidate sourcing activities
- Determine & implement candidate screening strategies
- Schedule interviews after communicating with interviewers
- Communicate with candidates to keep them informed
- Track hiring progress and hiring metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment field
- Experienced work in recruitment agency would be advantage.
- Has knowledge and experience in Technician Mechanic recruitment would be advantage
- Familiarity with job website social media professional networks (e.g. jobthai jobsdb facebook and Linkedin).
- Handson experience with full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques.
- Good command in English communication (Interview in English only)
