Your missions
As Administrative Assistant Real Estate you will :
- Monitor invoicing and classifying invoices
- Be the point of contact for tenants
- Check the lease contract before signing
- Coordinate between the broker tenant and landlord regarding the signing of the
lease contracts - Manage administrative followup of leases rental guarantees VAT option registration insurance policy etc.
- Followup of invoices sent to tenants review of rent indexation collection of rent and chargesrent and service charges
- Collect key figures from tenants and preparing reports
- Monitor insurance issues; declarations monitoring work with the Facility Manager
monitoring reimbursements and preparing reports - Draft minutes of meetings and purchase orders
- Prepare of CAPEX approval in accordance with the budget
- Monitor the OPEX budget with the Facility Manager
Your ideal profile:
- Excellent customer service skills

- Former experience as an Administrative Assistant preferably in the Real Estate Sector
- Ability to work well in a team
- Multitasking skills and good organizational abilities
