Job Description
Landa Digital Printing is seeking an innovative and driven Materials Researcher to join our team and lead the development of cuttingedge formulations for printing blankets.
This role involves researching and formulating advanced silicone release materials and contributing creative solutions to enhance product performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials science and a passion for pushing the boundaries of innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Design formulations to meet specific performance criteria.
- Conduct detailed lab testing of developed materials including physical chemical and mechanical property evaluations.
- Research emerging trends technologies and new materials.
- Propose and implement novel ideas to improve product performance.
- Communicate findings progress and recommendations through reports and presentations.

Requirements :
- M.Sc. M.Eng. or Ph.D. in chemistry chemical engineering material engineering or extensive professional experience in the field of polymers/coatings/composites
- At least 2 years of experience working with polymers/coatings/composites
- Experience using literature/IP surveys
- Handson experience with material testing and analysis methods
- Strong knowledge of polymer science and release coating technologies
- Familiarity with analytical techniques such as FTIR TGA DSC and rheology
- Background in printing technologies or related industries. Advantage
