Job Description

About This Role:
This position is a primary role responsible for all U.S. Intercompany accounting. This individual will work closely  with our Global Tax team ot ensure proper compliance with our legal entity structure. They will also collaborate closely with the global intercompany accountants to provide support on the Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS). This role interacts heavily with the international controller and the local accounting team in Switzerland. 

What Youll Do:

  •  Manage & approve the activities of the Sr Analyst of Intercompany Accounting (Poland)
  • Responsible for the monthend/quarterend activities for U.S. intercompany transactions and global review of intercompany balances
  • Review and approve transactions in AGIS
  • SOX Control lead for global intercompany activities (Internal and External audit)
  • Intercompany interest and loan calculations
  • Intercompany agreements manage repository of agreements read all revisions to agreements manage quarterly GICAR meeting ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Intercompany paydowns ensure timely and accurate paydowns involving all Domestic entities
  • Oracle AGIS system responsible for system maintenance new entity setups testing with IT granting access to staff resolving issues as they arise
  • Provide adhoc support to the tax team as needed.

Qualifications :

Who You Are:
You have experience with intercompany accounting processes and the rigors of a monthly accounting close cycle. You are efficient meticulous and an initiativetaker. You have strong leadership and people skills to be applied when overseeing the work of the Senior Analyst. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and will not hesitate to escalate issues before they cause closing delays or noncompliance with controls.  Prior intercompany experience with multiple affiliates Proficient in Excel Excellent oral and written communication skills and customer service oriented.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting / Finance
  • 5 years relevant experience in accounting/ finance 


Additional Information :

This role is eligible to off campus work model (3 days in a quarter in Warsaw office). 

Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
