We are seeking a dynamic and customeroriented Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team in beautiful Bodrum Trkiye. As a Guest Experience Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. This position requires a passionate leader who can effectively manage and motivate a team while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of guest services including checkin/checkout processes concierge services and guest inquiries
- Lead train and mentor a team of guest experience staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Resolve complex guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the property
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to service delivery
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures
- Assist in developing and managing departmental budgets and resources
- Stay updated on local attractions and events to provide informed recommendations to guests
Qualifications :
- Proven experience (23 years minimum) in hospitality or customer service roles with previous supervisory experience preferred
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Tourism or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and systems
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Demonstrated problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities
- Indepth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Understanding of Turkish culture and customs with the ability to provide local insights to guests
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Relevant hospitality certifications are a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
