Job Description
- Provides a friendly and personalized welcome for guests
- Offers attentive service and adapts to any constraints guests may have
- Answers the outlet telephone in friendly manner gives information and promotes the outlets takes reservation
Qualifications :
- Minimum 12 years previous experience within similar role as F&B Attendant / Hostess
- Good communications skills both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Good knowledge of F&B Service operation especially All Day Dining Restaurant
- Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
