As a Product Manager (m/f/d) at SIXT you will be creating solutions used globally by millions of users revolutionizing the way people experience mobility.
In this position you will play a critical role in managing the SIXT communication channels in all steps of the car rental journey. Your work will ensure clear timely and engaging communication that not only enhances the customer experience and strengthens brand loyalty but also provides essential instructions and guides customers seamlessly through the next steps in their journey. You will directly influence key business metrics driving customer engagement conversion rates and overall company performance.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You execute a customercentric product roadmap and backlog ensuring clear and premium communication via email push notification and SMS channels
- You collaborate with engineering legal and business teams to plan define requirements develop launch and assess the impact of technical enhancements and new customerfacing features
- You identify internal needs and establish guidelines to scale communication technology as a platform enabling other SIXT teams to leverage and benefit from the features you develop
- You utilize data analytics user feedback and market research to guide product decisions evaluate the impact of new features and uncover growth opportunities
- You communicate product plans benefits key performance metrics and results to stakeholders ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You bring several years of product management experience you are adept in agile methodologies crossfunctional teamwork and stakeholder management with a focus on customerfacing digital products
- Tools You have first experience with communication platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud SendGrid Mandrill Mailchimp Mitto Twilio Firebase and similar tools
- Style of work You are selforganized and not afraid of technical projects. You recognize the importance of clear documentation and guidelines ensuring that other teams can effectively leverage the features developed by you and your team
- Handson You have a passion for making it happen and possess a handson mentality for flawless execution.
- Language skills You are fluent in English with proficiency in German as an additional asset

About the department:
The goal of SIXTs design team is to design experiences that customers love. Our team includes UX Research UX Writing and UX Design. UX Researchers generate insights into customer needs and help to evaluate new product ideas. UX Writers work closely with Designers to ensure inspiring concise and consistent copywriting. The biggest group are our UX Designers working in teams together with Product Management and Engineering to craft seamless and engaging mobility solutions for our customers. These teams create consumerfacing experiences partner solutions or tools for our colleagues that enable them to serve our customers better. No matter the team we always look for creative designers (m/f/d) with a lot of empathy for our customers to join us in India (Bangalore) or Germany.
