The Workflow Design Studio partners with customers to drive a 10x transformation in their digital journey. Using a lean humancentered and rapid prototyping approach we coinnovate a shared vision of how ServiceNow can empower their future. The Studio operates in a crossfunctional team model bringing together Service Design Strategists Developers and Architects who apply Design Thinking in the presales motion. By embracing our Lean Innovation methodology the Studio taps into the diverse expertise of each team member blending the needs of users with emerging technologies and the full potential of ServiceNow to reimagine our customers futures.
Our Team is seeking a curious and collaborative Solution Architect who is a customerfacing ServiceNow expert and a futurethinking Gen AI and emergent technologist. In this role you will drive innovative solutions supporting customers to coinnovate a vision to fuel their digital transformation. This position requires a blend of business acumen and technical expertise including the ability to architect and develop curated solutions on the Now Platform. You will collaborate closely with developers and designers to craft and copresent tailored solutions to customers. The ideal candidate can articulate strategic vision and business value to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders including executives and frontline teams.
As a Solution Architect you will collaborate with the sales solution consulting and ServiceNow partner teams to drive customer success in the transition to implementation through thought leadership and onboarding them to the solution. With a consultative approach you will build trust by designing outcomedriven solutions that align with customers business goals. You will also demonstrate and prototype platform capabilities identifying key requirements to create innovative solutions for specific customer needs.
This role provides an opportunity to coinnovate with customers on their most meaningful challenges. You will be going both wide and deep on solutions to push the boundaries for our customers and ServiceNow. What you get to do in this role:
Work directly with customers to coinnovate solutions that push both the customers and ServiceNows boundaries using our lean coinnovation approach. Autonomy to collaborate with WDS team customer and the account team to develop a strategic engagement that drives meaningful change and addresses the customers business challenges.
Codeliver design thinking workshops with customers and account teams engaging participants ranging from endusers to Clevel to drive innovation ideation cocreation and solution validation on the Now Platform.
Work in a lean crossfunctional delivery team to architect and develop viable innovative solutions by leveraging the power of the Platform utilizing the ServiceNow ecosystem and exploring advancements in the AI and emergent technical landscape.
Collaborate with the customer and strategic implementation partners to build a blueprint that explains how to execute upon the solution.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
4 years of experience as a ServiceNow architect implementer or strategic platform owner designing and delivering complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidiscipline team focused on delivering high quality output in short timeframes
Ability to quickly understand emergent / new technology through instruction and selftraining
Strong people skills including active listening reading the room coaching and communicating to technical and nontechnical roles
Strong synthesis and written communication skills
Excellent time and project management skills The squad has full autonomy to drive a successful engagement in the allotted time frame set forth with the customer and account team
Experience with presenting to diverse audiences from executivelevel to platform owners and endusers
Fluency in how to leverage third party integrations in order to design solutions that take advantage of our customers strategic platforms
Solid understanding of current technology
Expected Travel: 2530%
