Job Description

This application is for a 6month student role from July December 2025. Resume review begins in January 2025. 

The US Neuropsychiatry Strategy & Operations CoOp will support the US Neuropsychiatry Franchise to ensure that the Franchise is best positioned to deliver on its strategy and business priorities and drive operational excellence in support of a novel treatment for Postpartum Depression (PPD). 

This individual will have two primary responsibilities: 

  1. Manage development and implementation of key strategic initiatives both crossfunctionally within the Franchise and crossalliance with our collaboration partners. 

  1. Drive operational excellence from a topdown executive leadership perspective by ensuring seamless bridge between team level accomplishments and activities and executive level communications. 

Position Description 

  • Establish and maintain a prioritized portfolio of key strategic initiatives for the US Neuropsychiatry Franchise in close collaboration with the crossfunctional leadership team to optimize how the Franchise delivers on its strategic objectives. Act as an expert consultant to help advise and guide these projects to ensure consistency and strategic coordination in their execution. 

  • Support development of executive level presentations for launch progress updates business reviews investor relations events to be shared with North America Leadership Team Executive Committee and Board of Directors. 

This individual will take ownership for leading at least one critical strategic initiative. The individual will present the readout of the initiative to the Neuropsych Leadership Team and key crossfunctional partners as appropriate. The strategic initiative will be identified based on the Franchise strategic priorities upon hiring.

  • Ability to roll up sleeves and take on challenges; whateverittakes mindset 
  • Resilient selfdirected highly motivated and passionate individual with track record of consistent delivery on commitments 
  • Strong project management skills comfortable managing multiple and varied projects at one time and prioritizing accordingly based on urgent issues 
  • Works with a sense of urgency efficiency and attention to detail 

To participate in the Biogen Internship Program students must meet the following eligibility criteria: 

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. 
  • At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date 
  • Be currently enrolled in an accredited community college college or university 

Education

  • Bachelors degree candidate; MBA candidate

  • This role is hybrid in Cambridge MA
