Your responsibilities as a leader:
Our schools are seeking aweinspiring leaders to coach and grow our teachers or operational support staff who support our students as they develop the knowledge skills and character strengths needed to succeed throughout their education and in the competitive world beyond.

Qualifications :

The following are required of KIPP St. Louis leaders (Please review job descrioptions above for specific qualfications of each role) :

  • Bachelors Degree (required) Masters Degree (preferred)

  • Teaching Certificate; Administrator Certificate (preferred) (certification not required for Assistant School Leader of Operations)

  • An uncompromising belief that all students can learn

  • A relentless work ethic and a high degree of patience to push through difficult challenges

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team of teachers

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Pass Criminal Background Check

  • Excellent computer skills including all Google based systems.

  • Demonstrated commitment to closing the opportunity gap
