- Identify and work with applicable accounts & specifiers on targeted international projects (serve as KPM as applicable)
- Identify build relationships and secure information and access to key personnel in defined accounts specifiers and/or projects
- Provide technical assistance and product education solving client problems initiate corrective actions where necessary and offering aftersales support services as needed in cooperation with local area regional or corporate counterparts.
- Write specifications for projects and develop standards used by the identified accounts and as applicable together with the local Sika organization
- Internal networking and relationship building within Corporate/Regional Teams and the local country organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing the goodwill of the GPS team throughout the organization.
- Cooperation/coordination with local/regional organization to convert project opportunity into sales
- Utilize Salesforce.com for account and project management as well as project sales conversion reporting
- Travel as required to support the local organization accounts and/or projects. Expected travel as permitted is estimated to be / 30%.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Engineering Construction Management or other relevant technical major
- 5 10 years of work experience in specification design engineering technical sales account management or business development
- Previous experience in construction industry or construction background is a must
- Proven experience with specification writing
- High level/fluency in English and Spanish
- Sales driven mindset
- Advanced presentation skills (digital/virtual and inperson) and strong intercultural communication skills
- Ability to connect with individuals and develop rapport and relationships
