    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and maintain relationships with clients lenders and real estate professionals.

    Assess clients financial situations to determine suitable mortgage products.

    Educate clients on mortgage options rates and terms.

    Collect and review financial documents to ensure loan eligibility.

    Submit mortgage applications and follow up on approvals.

    Stay informed about mortgage regulations lender policies and market trends.

    Provide toptier customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.

      MustHave:

      Completed Mortgage Agent Course and licensed under FSRA.

      Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships.

      Selfmanaged goaloriented mortgage sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.

      Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client files efficiently.

        Preferred Qualifications:

        Minimum3 years of proven sales success in financial services or real estate.

        Established network within the community to drive referrals and business growth.

        Proven ability to build trust and foster longterm relationships with clients and lenders.

        Familiarity with mortgage origination and home financing products.

        Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.

          Compensation:
